What Fee will I earn?
We will pay you an agreed percentage of fees earned with no claw-back. Every successful transaction,
including repeat business, is paid for within 28 days of Attivo® completing business
for your client. This is of course in addition to any fees that you can earn directly
for the provision of pensions and investment advice.
What is my liability?
There is no liability for you. All you need to do is satisfy yourself that commercial
property investment is an appropriate product for your client to consider.
How can I be sure that my client will receive the highest level of service?
At Attivo®, we will always act in our mutual client's best interests. We contact every
referral promptly, explaining our relationship with you and always respecting your role
as your client’s principal adviser. A dedicated Sales Relationship Manager keeps you and
your client up-to-date at all times by telephone and through our secure, interactive website.
My client is interested. What do I do next?
Once you have identified that your client might be interested in commercial property investment,
don't try and assess whether your client is suitable or not – leave that to us. Arrange a
convenient time for Attivo® to call your client and discuss the opportunities available in more
details. Then register your introduction through the Introducer Network, your designated area
on the Attivo® website. We will e-mail your client confirming the arranged time for our
introductory call and keep you updated on our progress via our website. Whatever the outcome,
your client will be glad they spoke to us... and so will you.
How do I join the Introducer Network?
Joining the Attivo® Introducer Network is easy. Simply visit the Attivo® website at
www.attivo.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
We will need a small amount of information about you and for you to sign and return our
standard Professional Introducers Agreement.
