Introduction
The best opportunities in commercial property investment are often
found at the higher end of the market. Attivo provide property
investment and property management services to property funds and
property syndicates that acquire properties typically valued between
£2 million and £10 million.
Our services for properties in this price range are provided in two
different ways.
Attivo Property Funds
These are collective investment schemes as defined in the Financial
Services and Markets Act 2000. They are established under a single
purpose English limited partnership of which Attivo General Partner
(2006) Limited is the general partner. An operator authorised by the
Financial Services Authority (FSA) is appointed to establish, operate
and wind up the fund. The partnership is not authorised or otherwise
approved by the FSA. This means that an interest in a partnership
can only be marketed or promoted to the public by an authorised
financial adviser.
Attivo Asset Management is appointed to provide administration,
reporting and investment management services and Attivo Property
to provide property management services.
Attivo have completed five property acquisitions for these funds in
the last 18 months with properties being acquired for prices between
£2.75 million and £6 million.

clients who are all members of the same SIPP scheme. Attivo are
generally appointed by the SIPP scheme trustee to provide property
investment advice and property management services.
